...the drought would be considered over. Extended discussions on this, though, have said that we have to get regular rain through May/June for us to have a guarantee of the drought being broken by summer. That if this is it, and we don't get decent spring rains, then it will not make a difference.

I hope that it does, though, we need the relief so badly.

Hopefully, Texas will get drought relief, too. But, as you know, to end a drought there's usually a radical over-correction.
