...Krypto is getting used to things a little. Sometimes the noise is deafening and he gets startled, but he went out all yesterday willingly. A quick trip, admittedly, but he didn't look as miserable as he did even a few days ago.

Yes, thank you, they are doing okay. They want to be out more, and during the shorter days I want them out more, but when we are having those hurricane-like winds, I don't let them out. If what they're saying about the weather calming down some this coming week is true, then they will get their usual amount of time out. It's just made their molt more difficult, so I'm giving them extra nutrition, and the scratch along with the pellets.
