Answer: Jacob Marley is a fictional character who appears in the 1843 novella A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. He is Ebenezer Scrooge's deceased business partner, now a chained and tormented ghost, damned to wander the earth forevermore as punishment for his greedy, selfish and uncaring attitude towards mankind. On Christmas Eve, Scrooge is visited by the ghost of Jacob Marley, who warns him to change his ways or face a similar fate. It is Marley who arranges for the three spirits to visit Scrooge and gives him his opportunity for redemption.
They don't mention it in their answer, but the other people in the options are:
Mr. Fezziwig was Scrooge's 1st boss. A happy man with a happy wife.
Bob Cratchit is, of course, Scrooge's current employee, and Tiny Tim's father.
Dick Wilkins was an apprentice with Scrooge at Fezziwig's.

Lemon cleans copper kitchenware, according to Heloise. (I tried it in the late 70's, and it worked for a copper bottom pan.)
