5 meals/snacks is still good.
Excellent on the tea vs. coffee; glad that you found the bags.
Is that because of that particular brand, and how much sugar is in it? Or, is because it's a high protein food? Cream cheese, sometimes sour cream or other dairy product, and if a baked - eggs. That's interesting, and I'm glad that you can have at least a measured amount!!
You're doing a good job with your health. As for getting blabby on the meds, I can see why you'd want to avoid that. But, even moreso, getting dizzy on the way home.
One of the few things that I like as much as cheesecake, are eggrolls. When I count my top favorite foods, they are always on the list.
I imagine that anything that reduces extra fat would be good. Some people rinse sautéed ground meat, or pat it off on paper towels. Using skinless chicken, etc. I'm sure that we can come up with other fat-saving ideas. Thanks for the tip!
