When we ate eggrolls at General Lee's, they were probably pork, not sure. Then, I found some good chicken ones. Once we moved here, though, I found some great vegetarian ones. I got them whenever I could, for years, until I went gf. So, I know how delicious the vegetables ones can be. When I made my own, I made the vegetable ones, because they were just so good.

I've noticed the times changing recently. This evening, there was still light at 6, and very recently, it was dark at 6.
I know your feelings about doing what projects that you can, and getting someone to help you when needed. Good luck with them.
The only thing that bothers me about getting a handyman, is insurance. We used to have a guy who helped with a couple of things in the 90's, but it came up that if he got injured here, we would be responsible. That, and him having personal problems, helped us to decide to not have him come out anymore.
