being sick! DH came down with a cold or flu on Sunday and I got it Tuesday. We've spent the better part of most days and nights sleeping. I ache from coughing and my throat is so swollen it's hard to swallow pills. I hope I'm over it before Em comes!

I bought a new gas stove, just to thumb my nose at the banners! The only thing is it covers up the bottom two tiles of dh's painting. Cut off your nose....

I found a receipe for peanut butter/butterfinger lavacakes. I got some 6 oz ramekins and am going to try them. I hope I feel good enough to do it!!

Oh! DH had to go for cough syrup, so I asked him to check on eggs. When I went to the store I forgot to check my egg cartons to see hat I had.....I had empty egg cartons! LOL! I had only about 6 eggs left. So he bought me a box of 5 doz. at Walmart neighborhood store and he said it was around $25. That's not too bad with how much they've been saying they were. I did notice when I was shopping that there were eggs on the shelves, so no shortage.

Cough medicine, however was $8 and $12 a bottle and
in short supply.

Our rain has finally stopped also. Josh hasn't been able to do the yards in weeks! My weeds have grown/11 Aagh! As soon as I can get better I need to weed! Maybe I can pay Josh extra to do them! That's the ticket!
