I'm glad to hear that Charlie is doing better.
Warmer is good.
Maybe the washer is okay, though? That would be nice! I hope that the plugs can be replaced sooner than later.
Hopefully, the wood and trailer will both be moved sooner than later, as well.
I'm sorry about their vehicles. I hope that she gets enough for hers that it will cover getting another one.
I'm glad that you are able to sleep now.
I hate it when print is that tiny, or the writing has no contrast...such as yellow writing on a white background. Who got paid to figure that one out? Sheesh! I hope that they will walk you through it, so that you can use it.
Hooray for strength/muscle mass, and extra weight.
I'm thrilled that the Eucerin is working for you. I looked it up, but it contains ingredients that I can't use. Darn. But, I'm used to that being the case. That's why I make a lot of my own products. Which reminds me...I need to make a new lotion!
The meals sound good. High protein - needed for building muscles, so perfect on that count, too. Even dessert.
Cream cheese and crackers are good. I used to have it on small pieces of my flat bread, as well. Sometimes I would put something flavorful on top of the cream cheese, sometimes not. You can mix in something, too, such as chives, green onions, or even those little dried, minced onions out of the spice jars. I like minced green olives, too, but know that you are not an olive eater. I wonder how minced up pickle would be? I used to mince fresh shallots sometimes. You can mash in anything from salmon to chopped ham. But, as I say, plain works, too.
Although...you can have sweets with minimal sugar by stirring in a little preserves. Not enough to make it unhealthy, but just enough to give it a nice berry flavor, or whatever type you use. How about a little lemon curd? Apple jelly? Of course berry, such as blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, and so forth?
Which brings me to a homemade treat, when you can't get cheesecake, or don't want to...
This is my chocolate, cheesecake flavored, super simple, eat-by-the-spoonful treat. I used to eat a spoonful to satisfy my craving.
Chocolate 'Cheesecake'
Cream Cheese - 7 1/2 ozs.
Sugar - 3/4 C.
Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
Cocoa - 1 Tablespoon
That's it. Mix well, refrigerate. You might be able to get by with less sugar. I didn't bother, as I only ate one spoonful at a time. Please don't skip the lemon juice, at least the first time, as it isn't the same without it. Enjoy!
$7.20 a doz., ouch.
You're making excellent changes. I admire that you jumped right in with them.
Have a wonderful week!
