I hope that you will have the taxes completed soon.
Definitely you will want most of that gone.
I know, extremely frustrating. :-(
They've changed their water bottle requirements here. They used to make you remove the caps, now they don't. But, there's a limit on how many you can turn in at a time. Really?! We use the big, black trash bags to take them in.
Can you smash them as much as they want?
Maybe you can get a ride once a month there, to take a couple of bags? Since the water bottles are clean, and the bags for taking them can be new, it wouldn't be like putting trash or something dirty in anyone's car?
Well, pills are due soon, so off to eat. I have a good breakfast this morning. I've got some very tasty meat strips w/ onions in them, and some fresh corn tortillas. I just reheat the tortillas, put some meat/onions on one, fold it in half, or kind of roll it, and eat.
I was thinking about it, nutritionally speaking.
The meat is buffalo, so very low in fat, yet high in iron and such.
Onion, no problem at all. In fact, a hit of quercatin.
I cooked them in the smallest amount of light olive oil, adding a little liquid when it might have stuck.
Seasonings were simple - salt, pepper, dried garlic, some Italian herbs - not too much. That's it.
The tortillas cook in some olive oil, but not much. And, I don't add any to the batter.
It's nixtilated (sp.?) corn aka masa, not just plain cornmeal, so healthier.
But, it's still a carb. I only eat 1 or 2, depending, we make them pretty small (they can't be larger than the tortilla press anyway.), and I prefer mine on the thin side, not thick.
Had I some fresh vegetables, I would have it with a side salad. Hoping to rectify that soon.
Anyway, I felt better after thinking about each component, and how I cooked them. I plan on having a glass of lemon-water with breakfast.
Well, better go. I don't want to be late for my pills! Have a great day!
