I may or may not check the mail till weds afternoon. Though I could walk on the edge of the woods and such if I need to. I an't use the back door as the steps will freeze over for sure. I will be walking off the porch onto the grass by the front steps - which I won't use to keep safe.
The temps have been moving up and down so often it is hard to dress before I go out side to check. Even looking at the weather on my cell can be totally wrong.
Otherwise, I am sleeping more normally now. I am running out of my patches and am hoping my dr will submit a new RX at CVS Pharmacy instead of with my ins company. The difference in delivery time is a matter days verses weeks. Seriously.
But I am not using the pain pill often at all. The patches really work wonderfully well in cutting the pain, etc.
I am also eating so much better. I ran out of critter food and the other day ordered the hot items from Chewy. Today I ordered my monthly order instead of waiting till payday.
My BS & BP are fantastic. Especially the BP. Numbers are really great. BS depends on when I test. But since I am tying to test when I should they are getting better as well. Plus my diet has improved which has really helped.
I have been gaining weight and my my biceps are really building up. Smiling, I use my two 5 lb weights to build up my biceps and other arm muscles so am building up all over.
Elsewhere nothing serious, simple weight lifting, lots of walking up and down my hill and with Charlie walking my yard. I'm just gaining the weight back I lost over the last two years. Big smile!!
I have used my vaccuum a few times. Mostly to cleanup under and in Chances cage. He makes a huge mess. I have so much trash with the kids being in the Phllipines that I only have a small trash can left. I am hoping when Boy gets here he will take some of the trash to put in their large trash can.
I haven't been able to locate a trash pickup service until I finally get the taxes paid. ARRRHHHH!!!! So frustrating. The local dump has been closed for almost 2 years.
Otherwise things are moving along, slowly.
But my health is improving daily. I need to order food friday morning to be delivered Sat.
Otherwise it looks like YDGD may not mve here. Instead the kids will. DD is doing really well, I am so happy for her. She still has her regular problems but she is doing so much better.
I got to talk to my last cousin yesterday. It was an hr long and we laughed like hyenas. Talked lots of fam history and we will share photos that one of has and the other doesn't. I have tried to work on that project. Whew that is going to be a headache as I have cartons of photos to go through.
Sorry I keep trying to end this post and it jsut keeps on going. So now I will stop and check the well. Maybe I can cover it with something. What I have no idea.
