I'm glad about you sleeping better, and hope that the Dr. calls the patches into CVS for you. I'm so glad that they work so well for you. That's exactly how I feel about that gel that I use. It's a bit messy, having to go under my hair (though also various other places that it doesn't matter.) but I wouldn't trade it. It works too well. I feel it when I miss a day or two.

Absolutely. Once upon a time I used to use an old Hoover daily to vacuum up the seed husks/shells.
