Scotland. It's beautiful... I know it's on line on "SKY NEWS". I have the app but am sure you can access the article by searching.
The Mother-of-pearl cloud is a Nacreous cloud officially. If you can pull it up the article has a number of great photos of a few other terrific clouds.
