Make sure there is lots of cheese inthe mac.

Some of the soups in freezer might be black bean soup, cauliflower potatoe, cabbage soup, whatever else type of soup I've made LOL!

I really want to make stew but I need to start in the morning. Tomorrow is sunday and good for stew making. I really want to do it. Also make tamala soup which is best in summer.

None of my cookbooks are down here - all in MN. So I have piles of kitchen mags and will go check out some of the recipes for what to add once I get the meat & onions going. Been a while since I made stew.

Oh well hopefully it will come back to me.
