If I can get enough, I especially like to make applesauce.
Are they regular thickness pork chops, or thin? I used to eat the thin, bone-in, and liked them a lot.
Roma's can be quite good for many things, and sometimes they are riper and better tasting than regular slicing tomatoes in the off-season.
Junior Mints are a nice palatte cleanser. I like most chocolate-mint combinations. I'm still eating my spoonfuls of chocolate-mint fudge topping at night. It looks like they have discontinued the product, though. Just when I find something that I love - and can eat. :-(
Until I ran out of my sparkling lemon-water, it was nice to have one per day. I was turned on to them - especially this brand that I can drink - by the cook at the hospital when I was in ICU those few days. I tried to find out her name, to thank her for everything that she did for me food-wise while I was there, but no dice. Ah well, hopefully she knows how much she impacted people there, especially people like me, who have so many things that I must avoid, either through modern allergies, or cross-contamination.
She made great food, and things I could have, such as a gravy made from a broth that she made herself. She said that she enjoyed the sparkling lemon-water and said that she'd send one up to me if I liked. I was hooked! :-)
I'm glad that you got the food put away.
I understand completely about Charlie and the other dogs.
