the last two days. It did warm up a couple days ago, but it was a small window and still too wet to work outside.

We went out to dinner for Valentine's and dh's birthday to KC Steakhouse and it was really good, but it was raining slightly. I brought home a doggy bag and ate from it last night and still have a meal for today!!! Dh has officially changed his birthday to the proper date, March 10, but surprisingly all the kids are resistant because it's always been April 10 to them! LOL!

How neat to make a hop scotch inside!! That was one of my favorite things besides jacks!

Emily calls once a week on her way home from work...which is lovely!!! Kara was on a call with Erin when Emily called her and the three of them ended up interacting, which was HUGE because Erin has previously been totally unwilling to have contact with Em. (Same for Josh. ) So at least some progress was made!!!
