Thank goodness on the paperwork.
That sounds really good. No wonder she loves it. I was not picturing it in a house, but it makes sense.
I definitely think that a scale should be a priority. You've done well guessing, but it would be even better to know for sure. We didn't have a scale when we came up here, and one day our Dr. wanted Dh to keep notes on his weight. Then, he gave Dh a brand new scale. It had just been sitting in a closet in an exam room. So, thankfully, we now have one.
That's when I use the Charley gel on my neck; at night.
What times are you changing your meals to?
Perhaps it's just me having gotten older, but I would not want to spend even 1 day in a tent. They are pretty amazing to do that. Though, I worry about their health this year. I hope that they have a good, and safe time.
Except that Covid's not over - I still get the stats on cases and deaths in our state... And, know people who've had it since winter began. :-(
Well, it does sound like a good time to catch up on laundry while you take care of the cats.
I always think of a salad as a way to get more healthy vegetables in your diet. But, a salad can be whatever you want it to be. For example...let's say that you are in the mood for fresh beets, cabbage, or broccoli. You can always lightly steam the broccoli, or cook and slice beets, and add either to your salad. Both are good cold, room temp., or cold with your favorite salad dressing. Cabbage makes a good salad even when raw if you use green, and avoid the thicker ribs. My kids loved it over lettuce. They dressed it with creamy dressing.
But, let's say that you want to add toasted nuts or seeds to a salad, and you still want the vegetables, but salad is not appealing to you. A cooked vegetable is just as good for you in most cases. Make the broccoli and add toasted seeds over it. You can use something like ranch dressing, or make one out of soy sauce, ginger, etc. Toss the broccoli with it, and have a tasty side which is still really good for you.
I am thinking of so many versions. And, don't forget the avocado. You can even cut up fruit in them if you like. Cut up citrus like orange or tangerine, maybe berries? What about taking a break and having fruit salad?
I used to eat colored bell pepper salads which I soaked in vinaigrette overnight, or would sometimes have a simple tomato salad with my meal. Just cut up tomatoes, dress with some type of salad dressing, in a bowl...so the dressing doesn't run everywhere, and voila!
And, if you still want the benefits of a salad, but not the salad, have a stir fry for dinner. Just cook whatever you've got lying around, from zucchini to onions and peppers, cabbage, and/or broccoli. If you find them and want to get them, add garlic and some ginger. The sauce items last a while, so perhaps soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, etc.? I have added some Worcester to my meat based ones, and really liked that, too.
I don't know if the hummer that buzzed by Dh, or the one that Ds saw are up from Mexico already, or if they stayed and are just coming in from the coast.
Darn it about the cats. I wish there was a way to repel them, but I don't know what that would be. Cats pretty much go where cats want to go.
Yes, you are supposed to have changed your clock last night/this morning, the 12th.
Have a wonderful week!
