I can see them being good w/ peanut butter on them.
I can understand it, though. I have things that I haven't taken out etc. since inheriting them, as it's so painful, depending on what it is, and who it's from. That's not always the case, I treasure some items that I've inherited, and put them out where I can see or use them, such as from my grandmothers. I love the quilt, flour sifter, and so forth.
It really depends. The one that I'm really having trouble with, is my Granny's wedding ring, that my mom was wearing. A couple of days before she passed away, my sister took it for me, because she knew that my aunt wanted it, but my mother had promised it to me, and her father had given both his and my grandmother's rings to my mom. I hate any controversy, especially when someone passes away.
