But the good news is that Charlie is doing very well. I give him both his meds at 7am & 7pm. Works for me. Unfortunately I he has been used to eating EARLY! So I give him a fraction of his breakfast at 5am. Then he goes back to sleep.
I am trying very hard to get up at 6am. With all the clouds - yes more rain - there is no sunrise of course. And I won't let him out till I can see where he is in the yard. It's a big yard and he runs to his favorite cornes of which there more then 4. I can't see him when he is on the other side of the house, or amid all the grasses and bushes. Everything that can grow is over 3 ft. SIGH! 8-(
Otherwise he is doing really well. He isback to running and jumping with no hesitation. I didn't see him so was pleased when I found him on his dog pillow on the Loveseat He is barking not quite as much as he used to... but he is jumping onto the area bdhind the retainng wall. And racing all over to keep me from putting his leash on him. I don;t want him to run to much. A little bit makes him feel his old self. But too much could make things worse. So I am trying to keep him from hurting hisself more.
Right now he is lying next to my desk and is sound asleep. GO DRUGS! So a bit of exercise is not bad I just have to keep it down to reasonable amount.
On to my homestead. The only reason I know we have it is the the man who does the COmmunity trash and removes all recycle stuff - won't let me pay for my trash pickup yet. He is giving me a break so I trcalled and told how how my account si totally messed up. He said stop worrying. OK that works for me.
I just gave Charlie his 2 small biscuits, the last of the tiny Darfords and a dental chew as he is gets some canned food with his meds am & pm.
I just had breakfast and for my diabetes I am to have a small ocassional portion of sausage.
I can't get to Kroger yet or Chewy and I am running low of lots of stuff. Pot human and critter.
Fingers crossed I can call the bank today and get things back on track. Including my Prime.
Yesterday I did go to the Community Canter and had a great time. I had no mind to wind so I kept paying my tiles to help others. That was almost more fun the trying to win! 8-)
Charlie is sacked out on my bed sound asleep. Gosh I love him! I went on line last night and couldn't find anything. I called the Vet CLinic and they wiii have the Vet call me back tomorrow.
Lets see what else is going on? I just feel overwhelmed but not as bad as I did Monday throuh yesterday. Talk about freaking out. ARRGH!!!
So that's about it but I will post one I hear from the vet tomorrow. He did talk to me but gave me the barest details and was working with another dog right after Charlie yesterday.
I know later today he will slow down. It's just the pills work really well and he feels "really good" in the morning. When he gets his 7pm pills he slows down and becomes a slug. Same pills but 12 hours later of activity. 8-) THen I can slug out also.
Thanks for all your good thoughts and prayers. I have to admit that his symptoms scared the heck out of me.
Also Prayers please for Charlie's Guardian Angel "Mae." What a blessing she is.
Have a great day. Charlie and I will take a nap later. He curls up next to me. AWWWWW!8-)
