I forgot sugar at the store!!! My feeders are where most of it goes these days that I'm not baking that much!
Lion! Yikes! That is scarry!! We had kit foxes on our school campus that got bolder and bolder about being there when the kids were....they lived in the dump by the park right next to our fenced campus and they would come and clean up good on the patio were lunch was served. We asked about trapping and moving them and were told they could not do that, and if we tried there was a hefty fine for doing so!
I'm heart-broken and I have to dump this somewhere so I don't talk about it to Kara today (we're going to go to lunch, I think). Kenny texted me last night and said they were being evicted for not paying their rent. He asked if I would co-sign for them on a cheaper place. I said sorry, no. This has been a battle for years now. He is always in a financial bind and has called me repeatedly for help. He asked me to co-sign on a loan to pay off all his bills once years ago ($5,000) and guess who had to pay it? sigh. He asked me for their Christmas money early this year and I did that, plus gave them money anyway at Christmas. I've bailed him out of having cars repossessed and helped him with rent. None of that has made him more responsible with his money. Earlier this year or at the end of last, he sent Becca to Florida to Disney World and gave her $1,000 for her Aunt's birthday who wanted to go there, and then turned around and asked me for money to pay their car payment or phone bill, I don't remember which. I'm not working now, so I can't just keep doing it and I certainly can't be responsible for his rent every month...but it just hurts my heart to say no. It hurts my heart even more knowing that he has not learned responsibility with his money.
I'm just so sad about this!
