He went across the hwy, but the guy didn't go out, or come in. He had gotten the license plate, and gave it to me. We called and told the sheriff's that we had the guy here and that we had a license plate. So far, so good. Maybe they could come out and see for themselves. Ds said that there was no back windshield in the car, pretty consistent with the car from last night which was in bad condition.
So, like last night, we decided to get dinner.
We were sitting down, and heard that same loud car from last night. But, it didn't go up the road, or down the access road, etc...it came straight up here!
I lost it. Dh went out to make sure the person didn't come in the house...the guy never saw him, it turns out, but I didn't know that at the time.
I didn't fool around, and called 911. I told them, probably sounding pretty hysterical, that the guy probably from the burglary was here, my husband was out there, etc.
They said they'd send someone.
Well, the guy's car barely made it up here, and he left, which doesn't mean he can't come back, but I gather that the police missed him. I don't know what's being said, but Dh is giving them the license plate number. I'm in here watching the dogs, who were pretty upset, especially Krypto. As soon as he heard that car he went ballistic.
I haven't eaten, so probably need to take some sugar for my hypoglycemia, I don't know where that guy disappeared to, darn it, and I'm just plain upset.
There must be some kind of rule, or law, about keeping away from where you committed a crime when you are out of jail and awaiting a hearing, or sentence, or whatever he's waiting for.
Well, I'm calming down...now that there are police in my yard.
Any prayers for this person *not* to come back, maybe not to be *able* to come back, would be appreciated. I don't want to have this guy here, I don't want Dh out with him, etc. I should call Ds back. I left the phone open for the police, but he called 3 x's. Thank you in advance.
