I have 2 rules with oils, and you are starting right by using a brand that appears to be good.
A - They need to be real essential oils from a trusted source. No fragrance oils or cheap substitutes.
B - And, while I used to use them from a woman who mixed them in L.A., I have given up using mixed oils. The people that mix them don't generally want to give percentages, so I mix my own if I want a combination.
But, since I know that Young Living has mixed oils, like their thieves mix, etc., and you are going to use their brand anyway, if you want to use their mixed oils, just make sure that all ingredients are listed.
As long as those are there, you will have something to go on if you have a negative, or positive, for that matter, reaction/experience.
Speaking of joints, I do have a cream that I use on joint and muscle pains. It's not 100%, but it works on most of my problems, for a while, at least. It works pretty fast, too.
I get the cream, rather than spray, and you don't use much because there's wintergreen in it, so it lasts. It's all natural. It's called: Charley Magnesium Sport Gel. I get it at Grommet online.
Okay, off to post regular posts, then to put this post together. I actually have to get up in the morning, sheesh! You may see me in the morning now. Everything took so long tonight.
Love All Life, Thank You For Posting! :)
