I am glad all turned out well for Charlie. That is always a relief. Do they give three-year Raibies and two-year Dhpp2 in Texas? They do here, and it saves some money. The dogs still get a yearly check-up, but it is not nearly as expensive.
On my soapbox here - a lot of vets are down on Frontline but I am still having good response with it. I know that you are good about the monthly dose, but some of the problem is that people are not following instructions and using it year-round. A lot of people here think they can go off it in the Winter, and that is why they have fleas. But, that said, you have to do what is best for your pet. Just watch Charlie for any negative signs with Trifexis. As with all medications, some dogs have had some serious problems with it. Just see how he reacts, and you will know if he can tolerate it or not.
