Right now he is getting Pedigree from Walmart - the same amount of itching as usual. I am applying liquid vitamin E and Coconut oil - both help. But it is a difficult problem to deal with - he is no longer getting the Benadryl.
Charlie has 3 meals a day. Breakfast, a cup or handful of dry, can be anytime from 4am to 6am.
Lunch is 11:30am and the same dry food. Dinner is canned and he gets Pedigree Choice Cuts in Gravy - Lamb & rice, Chicken & veggies, Beef. The 22 oz can lasts 4 days.
As for treats - his am treat that he and Chance never forget includes his kong with some training treats and an iced tea spoon of peanut butter in his Kong. This is followed by a dental chew which keeps his teeth pearly white and his breath fresh and clean.
When I have breakfast I dice either a carrot or an apple and give Charlie more than Chance. I also give Chance the tops of my strawberries with some fruit and grapes.
Charlie gets two Darford pumpkin biscuits to keep his teeth clean.
Lunch is next and he gets to small Milk bones after - even though his lunch is Dry.
For after his wet supper he again gets a dental chew and 2 Darford pumpkin biscuits
Dry food - the cats stopped eating their TOTW cat food. So I went back to an Indoor cat food for a while. In Jan I will go back to TOTW.
Canned food - They are very fussy and after trying many canned foods I settled on Friskies Pate. There are a few flavors Kitty won't eat. So I also buy individual flavors when I go to the store.
Plus I found a sale on StarKist tuna for 50 cents a can. I give them juice from my tuna when I use it - and the can may have a few flakes still in it that they clean up 100%. But I like to give them their own tuna once a week. Now that 9lives tuna is going away I looked for a substitute.
They also get Friskies Treats of various flavors. They all really like those.
I also give them Catnip and they all enjoy their highs! lol
Chance is next. I buy him two seed combos. the first is from Chewy - Kaytee Forti-diet Pro Health Parrot food 8 lb bag. Chance is extremely picky. So I give his leftovers to the squirrels and wild birds. This food comes in a plastic bag that I can dispose of.
Next is 3-D parrot food from Walmart. I buy this occasionally to give me a change. It comes in a 4lb plastic jug. I buy it rarely as I have so many of the jugs - I recycle - that I can't easily find uses for them.
That should be it.
