There are so many things that can cause her tremors. While it's true that it might not be a problem for her overall, sometimes it can.
Further, I wonder if whatever's causing it, causes her nervousness.
Does it happen at a certain time? For example, when she's at rest, when they are playing, before/after meals, etc.?
You can video tape it with your phone if you ever want to show it to your vet in the future.
How long do they last?
One simple thing that you can try, is to give her some sugar water, to check if there's a blood sugar connection. Some people put honey on their gums, but I don't know if there's an age that you shouldn't do that at, like for humans.

Yes, it's best when they don't jump on people, if possible. Especially, as you pointed out, Chelsea, when she's in working mode.
