The one that I get is more expensive, but it lasts a really long time, so that balances out, cost-wise.
The brand that I use is:
They have many types. I use:
Hemp Extract Complete.
The only extra ingredient is: extra virgin olive oil, as a carrier oil.
I like it because it's a full spectrum of extracts. As they say: raw and heated hemp extracts, plus steam-distilled hemp terpenes.
Generally, I buy the 1 oz. size.
There's a sale going on right now, and I *think* that it includes this product. It's 40% off currently, if you use the code: SUNSHINE
This is not a dog product, but a made-for-people product. I used to use 3 drops, bid for Tango. Then, we cut back to once a day, because it was working.
Now, he's getting 6 drops, once a day. I find that starting low for a few days, and watching behavior carefully, then going up a little at a time, as needed, is what gets the best results.
I look for better movement, ease of standing in the morning, and side effects like drowsiness or nervousness. Tango is doing fine on 6 drops. No side effects, better movement. He weighs around 70-75 lbs. these days, btw.
Each day, I put some of his sweet potato-rice treats on a plate of his, and put one drop of medication on each treat. (I break them up into smaller pieces.) He eats them gladly.
However, when I first began giving it to him, a couple of years ago, he hated the smell of the CBD, and would turn his head away. We were dropping it directly into his mouth in those days. Eventually, he got used to it, and then I decided that it was smarter to just let him eat treats with it dropped on them. Now he looks forward to the treats, and comes over to me when I open the bottle.
Some people's dogs get a lot of relief from CBD oil, some less. I believe that, in part, it's the individual dog and what's wrong with them, in part it's which product/brand is being used, and in part it's dosage.
Oh wait, here's a link:
When you get there, you'll have to choose your size of bottle, if you decide to try it. For some reason, there is a size marked, which is more expensive.
