My dogs went the car when I went to town to pick up

feed for the horses, cattle, poultry, Chance , dogs, cats, ducks etc, etc.

But never when I went shopping inside for periods of time.

They did go with me to drive-through stores and banks, etc.

Otherwise.. nope.
