The Winter Solstice the longest night on Dec 21st, has always been a day of hope for me. This year at 4am CST the Winter Solstice ends after the longest night on Dec 22nd.
Now as Winter is here the Earth begins its travel towards the longest Day.
As minutes of sunlight are added each day Spring creeps ever closer pushing the dark away. Minute increases of light are a joy.
How often do you think on, or even notice the return of longer days? How many sunrises do you watch in awe as daylight explodes upon the dark?
The sun is the bringer of life. Color is it's gift to us all. For in the dark there is no color.
But this night the Christmas Star is visible after 800 years as Jupiter and Saturan move to overlap their paths in the night sky.
Wishing everyone a glorious Solstice.
Love All Life, Thank You For Posting! :)
