In fact, that's Frankie's favorite food! I think that he 'shared' his last family's cereal milk, too, since there were children.

Well, it used to be his favorite food. Recently, he's been going out with Ds more. If he's just running into town on short errands, or going to a local job where there are no other dogs, etc. And, his new treat is part of a piece of chicken jerky from the gas station as they leave town. Spoiled, spoiled, spoiled! So, that could be overtaking milk as his favorite treat!
