It's The Little Things That Make Life Such A Big Deal!
I'm a little confused.
Are you thinking she has separation anxiety because she didn't consume her dental chew like she usually does? Normally, separation anxiety presents with barking, panting, drooling, house/crate soiling, digging at the crate to try to escape or digging at windows/doors if not crated. If all she did was not chew, I don't see that you have anything to worry about.
