We are officially losing baby teeth. I found one in my bed when I knelt on it last night. This afternoon, I was sweeping and getting ready for my friend to come for dinner. Looked down and spotted a canine tooth near my dirt pile. Already, 2 baby teeth more than I fond when Arwen was teething.
BTW, Plum has been sharing the escapades of Krypto's ears standing up, tipping over, one each, etc. Aragorn's left ear is prick one day, tipped the next. Since Arwen just pulls it out when the breeder glues it for me (sheltie ears should be tipped), I gave up and am letting nature take it's course. Why bring this up on a game word for milestones? Well, the last time the breeder stopped by, she said a puppy's ears will change during teething, because the jaw is growing to accommodate the new adult teeth, so it plays havoc on the ear muscles. Until they are done teething, and those last adult teeth are in, the ears often can't make up their mind. 30 years of owning shelties and I learned something new.
