They are under and in each metal piece that run from floor to ceiling. There are 15 or more per wall in rooms and then the hallway.
Now, to add to that, there's a trough that also runs along the floor behind and beneath the metal posts that are also metal. You have to go between and behind the posts to see if anything is in them, which means hundreds of spaces, literally.
I wanted to use a magnet, but with the posts and troughs being metal...yeah, that won't work. I figure that, either we will find them for years, or we'll finally finish the walls, and it won't matter anymore, as they will be blocked.
Apparently, as they worked on the house, all of the clipped metal corners and screws that didn't work were dropped. We swept the floor of the obvious ones originally.
I'm glad that Charlie ignores rain now. He's certainly experienced enough of it this year!
At least Charlie, having a single coat, probably takes on a lot less 'wet dog smell' than double coated breeds.
It's great that he lets you dry him off so well. Krypto is a wiggle wort at this age.
