...running along the fence and barking like mad. Charlie also reacts to Cats, Dogs, roosters and humans walking along the road - usually Male humans.

But, he doesn't react to dogs if he can hear them but not see them. Go figure.

He doesn't react to birds or other flying critters. He's seen insects that crawl and no response.

But he remembers neighbors dogs such as Finn up hill. Everyday he goes to the fence to see if A's truck is in the driveway... or if Finn is on their porch.

When he sees Finn he always has his ball in his mouth and proceeds to bark while running back & forth and shaking his head. Weird!!! He does this when ever he sees Pig the downhill dog. And when he sees the dog across the street.

He can hear them and stops to listen no matter where he is outside.

But his favorite animal are the Deer. He has always been inside when he spots the deer in A's yard, or on the road, or visible through the wire fencing along both sides of our yard. I can see into woods through which the deer hang out.

He also goes ape when smelling the deer (or any other creature - dog, rooster, human) while inside. Unfortunately he has a very loud bark. 8-(
