...he came back that night to say goodbye, and let us know that nothing strange had happened to him...being hit by a car, being shot by the neighbor, etc. Which, were all things that I had been concerned about.

I know that I'm probably putting human thoughts to it, but that's what it felt like to me. But now it's been over 2 weeks... I'm not totally giving up hope, and probably never will, but it bothered me that he wouldn't eat, etc. :-( Plus, if he was a wanderer...but he was not.
