He stands while I put the halter and leash on. He tries not to hurry down the back stairs. I do not take him out via the front door in case that dog is out. If he sees him I have to take Charlie back in side ASAP!

But we are both depressed. I have a squirt bottle of H2o and white vinegar. The AC folks recommended WASP spray. Boy & I were both - no I will not use poison. Which is what that is. Sheesh!

No one drove around here yesterday. So I just have to call them when ever I see the dog in the road, etc. Not on their property but in the road.
