I knew that we would get another dog, but we didn't want another Rott. We both love that breed and had four great ones. I was looking around a bit, but my older dd found us a puppy. It was sooner than we had planned, but I felt that this was meant to be as I had done a lot of crying and praying. This little girl is a Beagle/Aussie mix. From the top, she looks like a Rott, but she has a white steak from the top of her head to her nose, and she has white with black spots on her chest. She has four white feet, but all four have black nails. She was born with a stub tail and no rear dewclaws. Her name is Evie, and we are getting her housebroken. We fenced off part of the yard, so she can outside by herself, but she is very close to the house. There have been a couple of accidents, and she tries to eat every clump of grass and stick she can find. She is a sweet little girl and way too smart. We enjoy her, and her presence has helped us fill that empty spot in our heart and our den.
