I have started piling blankets on to my bed. Charlie has a blue electric blanket with no electronics. It's very soft and cuddly.

If I wake up, I always check on him. Especially lately with his odd problem. Often he has his entire body & head buried under it.

It is getting down in to the 50's and sometimes upper 40's. If no humidity that's chilly.

I brought out all my heaters. I want to buy a new wall heater for DD's bedroom. Plus I checked out the cost of another Cage heater for Chance. $45.00 at both Chewy and Amazon and everywhere else I could find one.

I also got out the big felt blanket that has Tigers all over it. It works real good keeping the heat in Chance's cage. But not if we have another 2021 freeze.

Chance has taken to screaming or complainiing at me if I don't get his blanket up before it gets dark. He doesn't like the dark. Though there is no light in the front room that he could see. He also complains if I don't take the blanket off soon enough. He has seasonal blankets and he isn't by the window but he can still tell if it's night or day. My nights & days are ruled by a parrot, a dog and two cats. Sheesh!!!! Charlie wakes me between 3 & 4 am. Chance if I don't have him uncovered by 6am. When its cold the cats sneak into the bedroom, Soli to sleep on my desk - Cat hair UGH! and Kitty to sleep in Charlie's upholstered chair. Talk about having creature comforts! 8-)
