...of an omelet, too. So, rather than folding the cooked egg over the 'stuff', the eggs are poured over the 'stuff' when raw, and it all becomes one. I cut them into wedges to serve. I've done my Western 'omelets' that way for a long time.

But yes, a lot of mine are used for baking, too.
