When we had rain in MN the frogs sang at night.

An I had bats in MN so have head them called "flying fox."

I lived rural there so even had a black bear that walked across the pasture by the woods. THe owner had thse big round hay bales so the Bear would come that close to the barn and our house.

Awesome but scary big
