Then again, I am not one to save stuffing for Thanksgiving. Stove Top tried to push it as a weeknight side, but a lot of people still preferred stuffing on holidays only. I happen to love stuffing, and am happy to have it at other times!
Have you ever spread cranberry sauce on a roasted chicken or turkey sandwich?
Also, it can be added to homemade barbeque sauce.
I used to make cinnamon-raisin swirl bread, and sometimes I added dried cranberries. I think that they were sweetened, though.
Oh, and I really like orange-cranberry loaf or muffins.
