I must have been a dog in my past life. LOLOL!
Yet I speak in human terms to him and he has learned to understand both verbal and non verbal versions.
He is the one dog that doesn't like to look me in the eye. I have to hold his head still to do so. Unless he wants something.
But if he needs to go out he barks, barks, barks even when it is dark out and he knows we don't go out then. Not enough light in the yard to see him I have to take a flashlight with me. Luckily his tags and orange color stand out even if almost dead dark.
I know I won't handle it well when I loose him.
I have to admit that I have been freaking out a bit over DD as well. I finally had a talk with her FM and DD is doing well. The FM has dreams and sometimes they are about her clients.
We talked about them and ones Ive had. We think DD
is ok. Healthy, gaining weight and the program she is in is one staff to one client. Well it is one staff for a few days, then one for a day & then one for another. So she is not obsessing over any one staff. She has favorites but not just one now.
Her attitude has improved so much with this new program. Though she has had a lot of pain in her neck, shoulders & back. Thankfully she has had physical therapy that has really helped along with a back brace.
It's been a scary three years for her. Luckily she is doing really well.
Ok that's enough for now. 8-)
