TGIF!

After Momo's question about ants biting dogs/cats, I wondered if you've ever had a dog or cat bitten or stung by a bug/insect?

I have had a couple stung by yellow jackets.

I've had some tick bites on them, in years past. One had a reaction, which caused temporary neck paralysis.

And, once, Chihuahua Boomer came in with lumps all over his face, head, and neck. We think that he got into a nest of spiders, but aren't sure.

Krypto has been stung by a yellow jacket - last summer, and a wasp - this summer. Also, I think that he was pinched by a Jerusalem cricket, and sprayed by a centipede. Poor guy.

My cats seem to have fared a little better. Though I did have Lilac...a lilac point Siamese...bitten by a rattlesnake. Also, one dog...our first beagle.
