...the loose corn. It wasn't made into a ball. Caramel corn was brown, but this was quite yellow...very buttery. A neighbor used to give it to us as a gift every year, and I seemed to be the one who liked it the most.

Well, if it's not your cup of tea, then that's what you should do about it - nothing. There are no popcorn ball police, thank goodness!
