We called yesterday to find out how she did around the cats there, because they 'test' dogs near cats to let prospective adopters know if a dog ignores cats, seems too interested in them, etc. They don't put them in with the cats, but take them by the cat room, or by where the feral cats are, to gauge their reaction.

The woman sounded appalled that we asked. She told us, vehemently, that they do *not* do that.

Uhm, well, the info on dogs in the newspaper from the pound almost always gives that information on the dog of the day.

Then again, she immediately wanted to know how large Krypto is, then said that GSD's aren't that large. Some are actually larger, but it was like arguing with Thyri, so we didn't. We all know that you can't win an argument with a 2 year old! Lol!

So, I don't know if the woman is just argumentative, or if she knows something about the dog with cats that she doesn't want to let us know.
