He has 2 puzzle dishes to prevent eating too quickly, and large stainless pans for water.
I don't think that the puzzle dishes are really large enough anymore for him, but I haven't seen a larger one. One is green and one is purple.
He eats meals in the kitchen, and has a water dish in there, as well as one outside.
I was down to 3 cats when Henry showed up, then later on, Dandy. I don't have all of my cute cat dishes from the old house anymore, so they've been eating from a mixed lot.
Small stainless bowls of mine, an extra large Pyrex pudding bowl of mine, a flat stainless lid - which I like because it's wider than tall.
I even found some stackable Tupperware bowls from the late 60's/early 70's, which you can tell are from then by the colors...avocado green, orange, and harvest gold. I gave one to Pierre for dry food, and a small stainless bowl for his wet food, used for giving him his medications. The Tupperware doesn't seem to bother them like other plastic dishes have.
I just ordered 2 ceramic dishes, and 1 stainless, but the stainless was out of stock, so I got a notice saying that it was cancelled.
The 2 ceramic ones are...well, let me show you:

The black one will be for Uhura or Henry, my black cats, and the white one will be for Mamou.
What I want to do, is go to thrift shops and find pretty, single ceramic/china dishes. That's what I used to use, once upon a time. They don't have to be expensive, but you can find older dishes with pretty patterns that way.
Mamou and Uhura eat next to the livingroom, out of dog reach, as well as outside on the outside kitchen during the day for dry food.
Pierre eats in his own area.
Henry eats in a wire crate, out of everyone's reach.
And, Dandy eats on the outdoor kitchen, and is working his way to having his homemade food in the office, which has it's own outdoor entrance from the outdoor kitchen.
Everyone knows right where they eat, and waits at their place, or follows us, when we feed or refill food. Mamou walks right with you like a dog.
