It's been so cold that I have only been able to walk, maybe run from the front door to the back door, outside for 5 minutes - it was so cold.

Soli is sleeping in front of the front room heater. He is so fat I am not sure why he needs the heat. Kitty has the library, which is the warmest room in the house. I can't go in there cause the window is so large I stand at it and bark at everything or everyone that goes by. I drive Mom crazy barking so loudly.

Chance is learning new words and is letting Mom rub his head, rub his ear holes, his beak and his eye lids. He loves it. For a long time he wouldn't let Mom touch him at all. Mom loves rubbing Chances head, etc. He still won't let her pick him up.

Mom has let me sleep under her quilt as her bedroom has been really cold. She even shared her rice bags that she heated up to keep me warm... we both were cold but the bags helped.

She's been keeping an eye on the temp in the house. I think the temp dropped a bit this morning which is too bad cause it was warm almost all night till real early. She let me snuggle next to her.

I can't wait for it to get warm again. I love run and playing ball with mom. Neither of us want to go out for long rght now.
