...are raised especially for their hair. Someone down the road from me had them, and they took quite a bit of care to keep the hair usable. They wore coats even, to keep dirt, leaves, etc. off of them. I have hardly ever seen monkfish on a menu. They have a mild, white, firm, non-fishy, flesh. It's a little on the sweet side, like good crab. |
