I've always admired dogs that would stay. We have so many that get out and wander. I saw a neighbor with her three dogs that she walks everyday on leash, but this time they were off leash and turning the corner to home. One ran ahead but right to their house and the other two stayed by her side. I was so impressed. I always think of Tommy and his great dane that stayed right in the yard as if there were an invisable barrier he wouldn't cross. Their much smaller collie would run across the street if we stepped out.
