I enjoyed our turtles.

I also enjoyed our rabbits, but did not enjoy 4-H rabbits.

My first rabbit was a black rex house bunny in L.A., which I adored. The 2nd was a California, found in the street, also in L.A. But then, I got some English Spots for the girls to join 4-H when we got here.

Little did I know that people sold and/or ate their rabbits. That's so *not* me. So, we had ours as pets, which is something like a foster home fail, and even took in a couple of other 4-H kids' rabbits that would have met a bad end. Sheesh!

I definitely make pets out of most critters, even bugs like crickets, lol!
