The funny thing is, it's not just the aggression of other dogs, but sometimes the people with them.
When we were first married, Dh and I took our dog to a park (I don't remember 'dog parks' at the time, this was just a park where people took their leashed dogs.) in the evenings. One of the dogs that was always there was a beautiful Akita.
The thing was, it was the guy who had him who was aggressive. Very macho type. Eventually, it got old and we stopped going there. Sheesh.
I've always wished that Krypto could be around dogs, too. At least I am glad that he plays well with Frankie, when he comes over. And, Frankie is *a lot* smaller than he is. Which begs the question: how will he feel about a dog more his own size, which he's never been around?
