I have to do a pill at a time. And have tried all manner of ways. At least I am able to put them as far back in his mouth as possible.
When I reach for his box of meds and I call him he comes a tad slowly, but he comes. Stands in front of me willing to go through the procedure. Once done he gets two small bne treats.
So far I only was a few minutes late a couple of times. Thank goodness. He is resigned to the situation. At least neither pill is large. Whew!
This morning he was willing to go through the procedure easily. Yeah!
He is so smart and only when first receiving the pills did he balk. Now he is more resigned and if he can push a pill out he will. Which is why I now poke them together past his tongue. He has a very long and manipulitive (sp) tongue. ROFLOL!
We walked first at 6:30am and he peed of course.. but it takes more then a walk to get his system going. So he is in and spotted a PG deer in A's yard. I think the herd considers A's area a nursery. For that is when we see the mothers show up first. Usualy alone and very big. I would love to see a birthing. But they usually walk down in the trees behind A's yard. His house ia atop a slight hill. The trees are along a gully the rain flows down. And we have been having rain almost every 24 hours. Either day or night. Usually night.
I have no idea what level the lake is at now. Will post when I find out.
Well things to do, things to do.
Have a great day.
Will post when the fawn is born. 8-)
