My property is long made of two rectangles. The house is on one and the driveway and Retaining wall and the Cedar trees are the next up hill property.

There is a 3rd rectangle... but it is behind the our wood fence and is used by our neighbors behind us. ARRRGH!!!

I finally received my Homestead and was refunded any excess tax I paid for the last 4 years on my half of the property. Boy will pay full amount for his half. For him to live on it they have to build a home with toilet, kitchen etc. and reside in it. Unreal.

SO Charlie will also have his large kennels both of them around the back steps. He can't run but he needs to feel free.
